Thursdays: 6:30am - 7:15am

Join our live Zoom classes from anywhere. You will enjoy a fun, vigorous 60-minute workout; helping you stay active, motivated, and connect with a supportive virtual fitness community.

Get 1:1 guidance from certified fitness coaches who tailor workout plans to your unique goals; providing the expertise and motivation to achieve your fitness aspirations efficiently and effectively.

12-Week Package

  • 3 x 45-minute training sessions every week (location dictates FaceTime or live)

  • 60-minute InBody Composition Analysis & Nutrition Plan (location dictates an InBody reading, or an analysis based on specific information)

  • 1 x 30-minute Nutrition follow-up each week

  • 60-minute Nutrition Composition Analysis:
  • InBody machine (body composition analysis)
  • Create a customized nutrition plan
  • Design a workout program


  • 30-minute Nutrition Follow-up:
  • InBody machine (body composition analysis)
  • Update nutrition plan
  • Update workout program
  • 10Strong is a 10 minute workout that incorporates 10 repetitions of upper, 10 reps core and 10 reps lower body exercises; working continuously for the 10 minutes.
